Living My Soft Life: A Week of BEING the Woman I Want to Be

Hey, loves.

So, I’ve been doing some thinking. You know that dream life I’m always talking about? The one where I’m not rushing to a 9-to-5, stressing out over a job that doesn’t fulfill me, and barely finding time to check in with my creative side? Well, I’m about to try something that might sound a little… unconventional.

I’ve decided that I’m going to take a week off work—not to go on a tropical vacation or catch up on Netflix, but to practice living my best life. That’s right. I’m giving myself permission to take a pause from the grind and focus on embodying the life I say I want.

The “soft life,” if you will.

Now, I know what you’re thinking: “Wait, so you’re not actually going anywhere?” Nope, no plane tickets involved. What I’m doing is choosing to immerse myself in the lifestyle that I’ve been dreaming of for so long—one that doesn’t include the pressure of a traditional 9-to-5 job. One that allows me to be a creative, a woman who is truly aligned with her highest self. And my goal is to see what the life of a full-time content creator/entrepreneur is really like.

Here’s how I envision my week going:

Mornings with Intentions
I’ll start my days early, waking up before the world gets loud, just to breathe. I’m talking meditation, y’all. A quiet moment to tap into my energy, to let go of the noise and really hear myself. I’ll feed my body something clean, nourishing—a simple breakfast that’s as gentle as the life I’m stepping into.

Movement Without Pressure
I’m not racing to fit a workout into my day, I’m choosing to move because it feels good. Whether it’s 15 minutes on my step machine, an easy walk outside, or a YouTube workout at home, I’m doing it for me. Not for calories burned, but for the energy it gives me.

Content Creation & Connection
I’ll be diving deep into the creative space I’ve been itching to explore. I’m going to create content that feels authentic, that excites me, and that aligns with my purpose. My plan is to go live—yes, live—and invite women into my space for daily affirmation sessions, maybe even a few times a day. I want to create a space filled with high vibrations, love, and intentional creation. No agenda, just pure, positive energy. And guess what? I don’t have to rush through it because I don’t have a 9-to-5 waiting for me.

The Art of BEING
This is where it gets really juicy. I’m going to spend my days aligning with the woman I want to be. I’m not “doing” her, I’m simply being her. I want to feel what it’s like to embody the energy of my dream life. Not just think about it, not just visualize it, but truly live it—even for just a week. I believe that the more I can live in alignment with my dream life, the more it will become my reality. It’s a feeling I’m calling in, and I’m allowing myself to receive it.

I know this might sound like a whole lot of “woo-woo” to some, but hear me out. We’re always so busy planning for the future, chasing after things that seem out of reach. But what if we could start living the life we desire right now? What if we could align ourselves with our goals by simply being the version of ourselves that’s already there?

The Inspiration Behind It All
I was listening to The Human Element by Brianna Wiest last night (shoutout to Audible for offering this gem for only $5). It’s a quick 2-hour read, and it hit me in the soul. The entire book is a reminder that who we are now has the power to shape our reality. It’s not about waiting for everything to line up perfectly; it’s about stepping into the energy of the life we want right in this moment. So I’m taking that advice, embracing the “now,” and creating a week that aligns with the woman I’m becoming.

If you’re feeling called to give your mind something new this weekend, I highly recommend picking up The Human Element. Trust me, it’ll shift something in you.

So, here’s the plan: I’m going to live like the woman I know I’m meant to be—full of creativity, joy, intention, and self-love. I’m inviting you to come along on this journey with me, whether it’s through my live sessions, the content I create, or just by taking a moment to reflect on your own dream life. We all have the power to step into it.

Here’s to practicing, embodying, and becoming the women we’re destined to be.
