Top Books I’m Reading, Re-Reading, and Recommending Right Now

Hey loves,

If you know me, you know I’m always diving into books—whether it’s for personal growth, creative inspiration, or just escaping into a great story. I’m currently on my journey to improve my self-confidence and manifest my dream life. I wanted to share some of the books that are on my radar right now. Plus, there are a few I’m re-reading and recommending to you. So let’s dive in!

1. Who Better Than Me by Will Packer
I’ve been actively working on my self-confidence. When I saw Will Packer on daytime television last week while working from home, I felt so inspired by the snippets he shared about his book. Who Better Than Me is a powerful read filled with practical tips and mindset shifts to help you take charge of your own confidence. I’m looking forward to diving into his guidance and learning more about how I can step into my own power. If you’re working on your self-esteem or confidence, this one is definitely worth checking out.

2. The Desire Map by Danielle LaPorte
I’ve been meaning to dive into The Desire Map for a while now, and I finally just ordered the hard copy. I’ve listened to the Audible version several times. I can’t wait to do the actual desire mapping in the book. Having a physical, interactive road map to my dream life is going to be so powerful. For me, this is all about aligning my intentions with how I want to feel in life. And let’s be real, we could all use a little more clarity on our true desires. I’ll keep you posted on how it goes!

3. The Joy of Connections by Dr. Ruth K. Westheimer
As someone who LOVES my alone time (and sometimes struggles to share my space with others), this book is definitely calling my name. Dr. Ruth is known for her candid approach to relationships, and I’m really interested in learning more about the art of creating meaningful connections. I think this book could offer some incredible insight on fostering both personal and professional relationships while still honoring my need for solitude.

4. Strength in Stillness by Bob Roth
I started Strength in Stillness last year but I’m not sure I actually finished it, so it’s on my list to revisit. This book is all about Transcendental Meditation (TM) and the power of stillness, something I’ve been working on incorporating more into my life. Since I’m actually going to be learning TM next month, this book feels so timely. It’s a reminder that slowing down is a practice of its own and not something to rush through.

5. A Sunrise Over Bali by Sandy Barker
Speaking of Bali, yes, you guessed it, I’m preparing for my self-manifested trip to Bali this year (stay tuned for that magical journey). In the meantime, I’m looking for an escape, and what better way than with a book set in Bali? I stumbled upon this one at Target, and I debated between A Sunrise Over Bali, A Wedding in Tuscany, and The Christmas Trip. But after the last winter storm that swept across the country, I’m feeling that Bali vibe hard. No more snow for me—I’m already envisioning my tropical escape.

6. The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron
I’ve been meaning to read The Artist’s Way for a while now, and the compact version on Audible totally sold me. This book is all about unlocking your creative potential through the practice of “Being”—yes, just being. It’s not about striving, forcing, or pushing; it’s about letting your creativity flow naturally. I’m really excited to tap into this energy and see what unfolds.

7. 100 Wins in 100 Days by Dr. Aziz Gazipura PsyD
This book was the inspiration behind my daily habit tracker (which I’ll share more about soon). It’s all about building small daily wins that stack up to major growth. The concept is simple: 100 days of wins, no matter how small. If you’re someone who loves tracking progress and building momentum, this is a must-read.

8. The Mountain Is You and This Is How You Heal by Brianna Wiest
Brianna Wiest is a genius when it comes to self-reflection and inner growth. I’ve read some of her work before, and now I’m deciding between these two books: The Mountain Is You and This Is How You Heal. Both seem to speak directly to the heart of personal transformation, and I’m excited to dig in and see how her insights resonate with where I’m at in my own healing journey.

9. You Can Heal Your Life by Louise Hay
An honorable mention that was recommended to me is You Can Heal Your Life by Louise Hay. I’ve heard so many good things about this one, and I’m excited to dive in. It’s all about the connection between mind, body, and spirit and how we can heal ourselves through positive thinking and affirmations. I’m a huge believer in the power of words, so this one is definitely on my list. Thanks Shedelle.

What I love about books is that they always have the power to shift your perspective, even if you’ve read them before. That’s why I’m excited to re-read some of these, especially since I know I’ll learn something new or discover a different angle that I didn’t catch the first time.

So, what’s the last good book you read? Is there one you’re currently loving, or one you’ve read multiple times and still feel like you get something new from? Let me know in the comments—I’m always looking for fresh recommendations!

Wishing you all a cozy reading escape. May you find the courage to start manifesting your best life, one page at a time.

With love and good reads,
